VCH Cumbria at CWAAS AGM

The work of the VCH was highlighted at that the AGM of CWAAS, one of the project's biggest supporters, on 13th April. This was an opportunity to celebrate the publication of Kirkoswald and Renwick and outline research plans for the future.

Angus Winchester will give a lecture entitled "Investigating, describing and preserving": 150 years of the CWAAS. The meeting will be held in the Shakespeare Centre, Highgate, Kendal commencing 7.30pm.
Visitors are welcome and there is a charge of £2.50.
