The first CCHT Training Day for VCH volunteers was held on 6th December at Carlisle Archive Centre. Dr Mike Winstanley and Dr Sarah Rose offered sessions on the use of Excel spreadsheets and online catalogues. Those who attended the Training Day described it as 'very helpful' and 'enjoyable'.  Following on from this success, volunteers will have the opportunity to attend a repeat of these sessions in February.
